Cooking / Food / Wine.  Who doesn’t love Great Healthy Cooking, and Amazing Food that is Paired with Wine. I love to cook, but I come from the “meat and potatoes” generation. So, when I learned to cook, we fried almost everything and we put gravy on everything! Therefore, it was a very hard transition for me to learn about “healthy cooking.”  But, since both my husband and I are type II diabetics, it is a necessity.

I want you to know that if I can learn after cooking in an “unhealthy” manner for all of those years, you can also learn to do it! So, do not give up!
